Well - anyone else find as much inspiration in this show as I do?
Last night the new season started and my heart broke as I saw these young bright contestants and where they were starting their journey - then I was so very proud for them that they made the decision to change!
Thoughts on the trainers? What do you think??

I love this show, but it breaks my heart as well. I come from a very obese family. I've lost many members to obesity related diseases and my father is presently fighting for his life as a result of obesity.
I get excited for the individuals on the Biggest Losers and cry with them during their trials and successes. This show probably touches me more than any one show I can think of.

Cathy - I think you and I are the same -- I can totally empathize with these people and their trials and tribulations.
I really rejoice in their successes!

I love this show. My daughter and I get so touched watching. On Tuesday Kaylin ( my daughter) thought Julian was being mean to the blond boy. I told her, no shes not,,, she is forcing him to see his potential, to see what he is truly capable of, so he can believe in himself. Once he got back on the treadmill and did what Julian told him to,he was so proud,, and my daughter was so proud of him too!
