I have a chicken salad recipe that I think is pretty decent, except for the fact that it's mixed together with as much Miracle Whip that you like. I need to be able to eat this, just a lighter version if possible. The recipe is as follows: 2 cans of breast meat grapes bag of dried cranberries 2 small bags of chopped pecans 2 diced granny smith apples And then mix together with the Miracle Whip... Any ideas would be helpful...I know the most obvious one is to cut back on the Miracle Whip, but would using the low fat one as well work? I would like to be able to have this as a meal if at all possible.
