1 egg white, beaten (personally I use 1/2 cup egg whites)
1 oz. cooked turkey or chicken, chopped finely
2 Tbsp bell pepper and onion, chopped finely and sauteed
red pepper flakes, to taste Mix together all ingredients and fry in an omelet pan until golden brown. Roll up and eat.
YUM The egg is the roll up.
