Not best for pre-contest, but a great off season guilt free treat.
1 small packet of Fat Free, Sugar Free Strawberry Jello
1 carton of fresh strawberries washed and diced
1 12-ounce tub of Fat Free Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (you can also layer the bottom of a square dish with low fat graham crackers)
Or buy the non fat pie crust
Mix jello with water as directed in a large bowl. Add strawberries and half of the Cool Whip. Mix until blended. Pour into piecrust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Spoon remaining Cool Whip on the top and enjoy!
