Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground turkey 9 100% whole grain lasagna strips 3 cups spaghetti sauce 1/3 cup black olives, sliced 1 cup water 1 cup fat free cottage cheese (small curd) 2 cups fat free mozzarella cheese (2% if you can't find fat free); divided in half 4 large egg whites 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper or red pepper flakes
Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 350 d.F. 2. Brown ground turkey, drain. 3. In medium bowl, thoroughly mix cottage cheese, 1 cup of mozz. cheese, egg whites, and spices. 4. Add 2-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, water, and olives to ground turkey; simmer 10 minutes. 5. Pour remaining 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce into a 6x9 baking dish. 6. Place 3 UNCOOKED pasta strips over sauce. 7. Layer 1 cup of spaghetti sauce mixture. 8. Layer half of cheese mixture. 9. Layer 3 more uncooked pasta strips. 10. Layer 1 cup of spaghetti sauce mixture 11. Layer remaining cheese mixture. 12. Layer remaining 3 pasta strips. 13. Layer remaining spaghetti sauce mixture. 14. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. 15. Cover with foil and bake for 45 min. 16. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 min. 17. Let stand for 10 min. before serving. Enjoy with a small salad or side vegetable!

I don't have that. But it's healthier then the other alternative and it will serve 6
