I love to have asparagus this way
A bunch of asparagus...trim the bottom of the hard end off.
Toss the spears in a big bowl with some balsamic vinegar and some I can't believe it's not butter nonfat spray
Lay the spears out on a baking sheet or stone sprinkle with a little garlic salt. Bake at 350 until you can pierce the spears...not too soft and not too hard. YUMMY
